Fimalac has over 10,000 private shareholders. We are committed to informing all our shareholders of significant events in the life of our group and we thank you all for your support.

THE VARIOUS FIMALAC SHARES ARE:

Bearer shares:

These are managed by a licensed financial intermediary (bank or broker) in a stock acount. This is the most common form in France. The bearer is not know nominally to the company. The shareholder is required to pay custody fees.

Administered registered shares:

These are managed by a financial intermediary but the shareholder's identity is disclosed to Fimalac, allowing the shareholder to receive regular information throughout the year. Holders of administered registered shares are also required to pay custody fees.

Registered shares:

These are recorded in the company's share register, which means that the shareholder is not required to pay custody fees and receives regular information from the company. CACEIS manages Fimalac's registered shares.

Double voting rights are granted on registered shares held for more than two years.

This formula is advantageous for those shareholders who do not frequently perform transactions on their Fimalac share portfolio, nevertheless allowing them to buy and sell Fimalac shares at any time through CACEIS.
