How to participate in Rubis shareholders' meetings?

All Rubis shareholders, regardless of the number of shares owned, have the right to participate in Rubis shareholders' meetings, send in an absentee vote, or be represented by proxy (i.e., by another shareholder or spouse).

You no longer need to have your shares blocked:

• If your shares are in registered form, they must be recorded in an account in your name held with Caceis Corporate Trust (the financial institution managing Rubis' shareholder services) by 0:00 three working days before the meeting date.

• If your shares are in bearer form, they must be recorded in an account held with a financial institution by 0:00 three working days before the meeting date; the financial institution will provide a participation certificate.

To attend in person and obtain an admission card:

• If your shares are in registered form, you can request an admission card from Caceis Corporate Trust.

• If your shares are in bearer form, you will need to ask the financial institution to send a participation certificate to Caceis Corporate Trust, Service Assemblées, 14 Rue Rouget de Lisle, 92862 Issy-les-Moulineaux, Cedex 09. You will then be able to obtain an admission card.

If you wish to attend in person but have not received an admission card by 0:00 on three working days before the meeting date, ask the financial institution to give you a participation certificate directly so that you can be admitted to the meeting.

To send in an absentee vote or be represented by proxy

Use the procedures given above for obtaining an admission card to receive an absentee vote or proxy authorisation form.

Please note: you may not receive your admission card straight away. You are advised to contact your financial institution as soon as possible.

The number of voting rights held by each shareholder is equal to the number of shares with attached voting rights that the shareholder owns or represents. No Rubis shares have multiple voting rights.
